1. Get an Instant Quote

We understand that sometimes you just need a quick comparison quote, and you don’t have time to engage with an overly chatty sales rep who wants to upsell you on things you don’t need.

That’s why with Buildcam it takes just two minutes, and a few details about your project, to get a tailored PDF quote delivered straight to your inbox.

2. Place Your Order

When you’re ready to move forward with your order, just give us a call and our sales team will quickly guide you through the process.

If you need to supply A&E specs, prove IT security compliance or set up Buildcam as an approved vendor, we have the resources to help you fast-track your procurement process.

Once you’ve finalised your order, simply sign the quote or send us a purchase order. You can then pay for your equipment immediately (credit card or ACH) or apply for Net 30 credit terms.

3. Install Your Camera

Fully configured straight out of the box, Buildcam cameras are designed to be installed by one person in just minutes. No expertise required!

Because Buildcam runs on solar and is connected to the cellular network, there’s no need for long extension leads, electricians or network technicians.

With live assistance from our Customer Success team, installers simply need to mount the camera and solar panel, switch it on, and scan a QR code to confirm the camera is uploading images.

4. Start Monitoring Your Site

As soon as your camera uploads its first photo, you can log in, on any device, to the Buildcam camera portal to start monitoring and managing your site.

After a few days, you can download your first progress video, and at the beginning of each month Buildcam’s cutting-edge AI Timelapse Composer will send you a marketing-ready timelapse video of your project to date.

Accessing Technical Support

If at any stage your camera doesn’t perform as it should, Buildcam’s Customer Success team is just a phone call away on 970-999-0040. Or you can raise a support ticket for our technicians here.

Under Buildcam’s Advanced Warranty Replacement Program*, if a camera is deemed to be faulty, we will send you out a replacement ASAP, to ensure there’s minimal interruption to your project.

* Longer projects may require an extended warranty to be eligible for the Advanced Warranty Replacement Program.

Monthly Services

Buildcam’s monthly service subscription will start automatically from your installation date, with invoices distributed at the start of each calendar month.

When your project is completed, you simply need to turn off your camera and contact us to cease your subscription.

To move your camera to new project, just let us know and then install your camera on your new site. There are no lock-in contracts or hidden reconnection fees.
